Description/Job Summary

Responsible for growing market share in the Parkersburg, Clarksville and Kelsey, IA areas. Assist in evaluating the risk of lending to customers based on their credit and during the processing of their loan. Create customized loan packages and payment plans for potential customers.

Location: Parkersburg or Clarksville

Status: Full time

Hours Needed: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Strong ability to initiate and develop relationships with existing and new customer to identify and find leads for new business.

2. Advise clients on suitable loan and credit options.

3. Obtain and assess financial information including financial statements, collateral, and credit history.

4. Perform due diligence on the lending process from application to closing documentation.

5. Liaison between borrowers and underwriting.

6. Negotiate payment arrangements and prepare delinquent loan reports as needed.

7. Keep abreast of amendments to loan policies, lending procedures and regulations.

Preferred Skills

Strong sales and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies and guidelines and provides appropriate customer solutions.

Proficiency in credit analysis and/or loan servicing software.

Preferred Experience

2-3 years of experience preferred.

Extensive experience in reviewing financial information.

Experience advising loan applicants and assessing loan applications.

Strong agriculture background required.
