Commercial Loan Processing Manager
Identifying Information:
Summary: This position will be responsible for facilitating the efficient function of the Commercial Loan Processing Team to ensure a positive client experience. The incumbent must possess exceptional leadership abilities and strong commercial lending knowledge to be able to effectively perform all commercial processing duties, in addition to coaching and developing associates. The incumbent will work closely with members of the Commercial Lending Team, Senior Management, and other department leadership to ensure quality and timely completion of commercial loan requests that fall within the standard and guidelines set forth by LCNB.
