Commercial Loan Manager manages a team of commercial loan officers to build commercial loan business within a designated market. Provides operational guidance to loan officers and approves requests for loans beyond the officers' approval limits. Being a Commercial Loan Manager may personally handle the most complex loans and most difficult credit approvals. Adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. Additionally, Commercial Loan Manager builds a high-performance lending team with individual mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Commercial Loan Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. To be a Commercial Loan Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Advisors is seeking a Commercial Property Manager who wants to grow with us and become a valuable long-term team member with a desire to make a positive impact on our team, clients, tenants, and vendors.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of commercial property management experience managing office, industrial, and retail buildings. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Experience in using Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) and property management software is required. Our potential team member should be enthusiastic, detail oriented, customer service oriented, be able to work well with others, have good problem-solving skills, communication skills, organization/time management skills and decision-making skills, with the ability to demonstrate common sense and good judgement.

    Key Activities will include:

    · Manage day to day operations of multiple properties, including 24/7 emergency response, while maintaining the same performance level for all sites and meeting company standards.

    · Regularly scheduled visits to each property to determine condition and maintenance required, document findings in appropriate tracking system.

    · Maintain consistent communication with tenants, answer tenant maintenance calls and e-mails, review leases for responsibility, and communicate issues to Maintenance Engineers and Tenants, update tenant contact and emergency contact information.

    · Administer tenant leases, including collection of rent and other sums due, move-ins, move-outs, tenant default procedures, and enforce lease requirements by tenants, and ensure owner requirements required by the leases are met.

    · Implement bidding process for needed services, supervise vendors in providing those services, use company guidelines to select and vet vendors, review and approve service agreements, review and invoices.

    · Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all properties.

    · Maintain consistent communication with owners of assigned properties, including monthly reporting, regular phone contact, and annual discussion of the property’s budget.

    · Preparation of property budgets and review operating expense estimates and reconciliations.

    · Pursue the understanding and practice of best practices of property management.

    · Supervise Maintenance Engineers, balance work orders weekly, coordinate activities of all who work with assigned properties.
