Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Generalist to join our team. As a Loan Generalist, you will be responsible for assisting with various loan processing tasks and providing support to the loan department. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our lending processes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with commercial loan application processing, including data entry and document verification
- Responsible for coordinating funds transfers and reconciliations with other banks on participated loans
- Perform basic math calculations for computing and preparing pay off letters and coordinating with title companies and/or clients
- Prepare loan documents and contracts for borrowers
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of loan transactions
- Assist with escrow management and disbursement of funds
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and denials
- Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Experience:
- 1 year of loan service experience in a banking preferred
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations
- Proficient in 10-key and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy
