Commercial Leasing Manager jobs in Tacoma, WA

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team in Kent , Wa. The Community is 576 apartment homes and the schedule is Sunday-Thursday with Friday and Saturday off.

Responsibilities:

• Lease apartments and units to new tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and manage rental contracts
• Manage apartment applications and renewals
• Coordinate with the leasing department to handle incoming applications and move them through the system
• Prepare and maintain records of leasing activity including move-ins, move-outs, late payments, etc.
• Maintain all keys and apartment leases in the leasing department’s database.
• Update the database with new tenants and move-ins.
• Maintain contact information for tenants (i.e., phone number, email, mailing address)
• Assist with marketing and public relations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in property management preferred.
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or Yardi 360 preferred.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi 360 preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.50 per hour
