Commercial Leasing Manager manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards. Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Being a Commercial Leasing Manager oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department. Additionally, Commercial Leasing Manager develops and implements polices and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department. Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department. The Commercial Leasing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Part/Full Time - Commercial Property Manager/Leasing Administrator

  • Seasons Pizza is in search of a Part/Full Time - Commercial Property Manager/Leasing Administrator to oversee our commercial properties located in DE, PA, and MD. Please note, this position does not require travel. This is an onsite position in our Corporate Office located in Newark, DE.

    Pay Range: $20-$25/hr based on experience. Schedule 2-3 days per week with a possibility of Full-Time.

    The Commercial Property Manager should be familiar with basic lease agreements and rent collection. You will be the first point of contact for any tenant complaints/issues and service requests. This position is mostly administrative and requires someone comfortable in a casual office atmosphere, well versed in customer service with superior organization skills and a strong attention to detail. Typical job responsibilities include:

    • Editing/updating lease agreements.
    • Responding to calls/emails from tenants; ensuring tenant satisfaction by resolving tenant issues or passing issues to the appropriate party, i.e. communicating with landscaping and snow removal services, maintenance services and repairs.
    • Collecting and processing rents.
    • Calculates costs and rent increases per lease agreements.
    • Initiating past due notices and applying late fees.
    • Maintaining basic administrative files, records of leases, etc.
    • Comfortable greeting office visitors
    • Assist other departments as needed

    Education:

    • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

    Experience:

    • 2 years' experience with commercial property management required. Multiple buildings and/or locations preferred.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.

    Physical:

    • Requires sitting, standing, and walking stretching and / or bending to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
    • Requires frequent operation of office equipment; such as a computer, copy machine, telephone, etc.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
