Commercial Credit Analyst collects, reviews, and analyzes data to prepare a detailed credit analysis that evaluates the terms and creditworthiness of commercial loan applications. Uses multiple sources of information, including financial statements, collateral appraisals, credit scores, and cash flow analysis, to assign risk ratings to loans and complete an analysis of the applicant's financial status. Being a Commercial Credit Analyst calculates debt-to-income (DTI) ratios to evaluate an applicant's ability to repay the loan. Prepares credit memos in a standardized format that includes key ratios, supporting information, an executive summary, and objective recommendations. Additionally, Commercial Credit Analyst presents credit reports to loan officers and loan committees. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Role: | The Information Security Analyst is the primary security practitioner for the financial institution. This position is very hands on and is critical to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our Credit Union's data and access controls. | ||||||||||
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: | |||||||||||
· Directly provide and maintain primary monitoring, alerting, and reporting of all enterprise security subsystems | |||||||||||
· Ensure effective prevention, detection, investigation and response to security attacks and to ensure that systems and data are protected from unauthorized access and use. | |||||||||||
· Recommend security tools that prevent, detect, and respond to information security incidents and investigate any security alerts and/or breaches. | |||||||||||
· Collaborate with the rest of the IT team designing a secure network and other security initiatives including network enhancements, network encryption, firewall, VPN and DMZ infrastructure. | |||||||||||
· Collaborate with management on security initiatives as they relate to current projects, internal/external audits, and 3rd party reviews of internal systems. | |||||||||||
· Collaborate with management when working with outside audits, examination entities, consultants and information security vendors regarding information security matters. | |||||||||||
· Develop, maintain, and mature an effective Security Awareness Training Program. This will include; in-person and electronic learning, coaching, and assistance. | |||||||||||
· Perform other related duties, as assigned. | |||||||||||
Experience: | Two (2) to five (5) years of similar or related experience. | ||||||||||
Education: | Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in relevant field). | ||||||||||
Information Security Certifications recognized in the industry in lieu of a degree. | |||||||||||
