As a Grill Cook/Line Cook, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards that define our brand.

As a member of our team, you will be trained to have endless opportunities to contribute to the success of our mouth-watering burgers by ensuring that we maintain our high standards through detail-oriented skills and passion.

Responsibilities:

A Day In Your Life!

• POS and cash handling
• Greets and takes customer orders
• Cleaning of indoor and outdoor dining area
• Cleaning and maintaining customer restroom
• Assembling and packing to-go orders
• Restocks and cleans Utensils, condiments, and water station
• Fulfilling orders per customer requests
• Food handling and preparing
• Cooking on an industrial flattop
• Maintaining food safety standards
• Assisting cooks with food preparation

Pay Details:

Grill Cook/Griddle - Starting at $18.00 Hourly Tips

You will be paid an hourly rate plus a tip pool. Tip pools add an average of an additional $1-$3/ hour. This specific amount is not a guarantee, it depends on the generosity of the guests.

Hours: SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Monday - Wednesday 10:45 am - 5:15pm

Saturday & Sunday 5:15 pm-11:15 pm

Job Qualifications and Expectations:

• Restaurant Experience (Preferred Not Required)
• Food Handlers Certificate (Required Upon Hire)
• Must be able to stand on feet for 8 Hours
• Maintain A Positive Attitude
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Must be a team player, it takes a team to keep our kitchen moving.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have flexible hours and availability on weekends/holidays.
• Must have general flexible availability as hours are subject to change.
