Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes under the supervision of the chef or cook
- Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain sanitation standards
- Assist with meal preparation, including portioning food items and arranging dishes
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
