Haven Behavioral Healthcare is located in Nashville, TN and operates eight acute care hospitals and outpatient clinics across the United States that offer a full continuum of care for anyone dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues, from young adults to seniors. Due to recent company expansion, we are looking to add a Collections Specialist to our team.
Position Details: Responsibilities involve providing cash/financial posting and collections services for multiple facilities which may include report preparations, billing of institutional and professional claims, as well as patient contact on outstanding account balances. Performing basic computer system maintenance and patient account research.
