Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound calls with Inc Authority Customers who are delinquent on their accounts
• Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to win customers back
• Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner
• Analyze customer feedback and develop techniques to ensure customer retention
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Explain and upsell our products and benefits of Inc Authority services
• Make calls to existing customers for business growth

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with an assertive personality
• Interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
• Professional demeanor and conduct
• Team oriented and able to build positive relationships with customers
• Ability to handle rejection
• Achieve and exceed individual targets
• Basic computer knowledge, including data entry into CRM
• Experience using Outlook
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• Familiarity with multi-line phones

Requirements/Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
• Customer Service/Call Center experience
• Punctuality
• Positive and Professional Demeanor and Appearance
