Solutions Auto Group (SAG) is a privately owned auto finance dealership in SW Oklahoma. We started in Chickasha in May of 2008. Opened in Duncan, North of town in 2011. Then the Duncan location moved to our larger facility South of Main St on HWY 81 in 2019. We opened in Lawton in 2016. We have helped thousands of customers with Good, Bad, Ugly or No Credit. We can help provide transportation when other finance companies say NO!! We even have the website, JoeSezYes.com! We like to say we are in the C.A.R business, Create-A-Relationship! Our dealerships are fast paced. We love to get the customer in and out and want to respect their time! Our employees enjoy a work culture that promotes honesty, consistency and dependability while maintaining our integrity.
SAG is looking to add a Customer Service, Collections and Data Entry individual to our team in Lawton, OK. If you have experience as a CSR and have a successful track record, we want to talk to you! We hired an excellent person back in April. However, after some life altering events, she has decided to move back to the coast where she is from. We wish her the best!!
The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Previous CSR, leasing or sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of vehicles is a huge plus but not necessary. A dependable employee that exhibits teamwork and adds value to our organization is necessary. We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service who views every customer interaction as an opportunity to make a positive impression. A CSR that has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction is essential.
Responsibilities:- Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
- Consult on customer success - This is our Core Focus!! When the customer succeeds, the company succeeds! We always want a win - win situation with the customer and company.
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
- Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
- Enter Service Department Tickets - We have several technicians working at the Duncan, OK location. Data entry of parts and service is a must. Helping schedule and maintain the flow of customers in and out is a must!
- Collections - SAG is an automotive loan company. Customer contact is a must.
- Accounts Payable - Take daily invoices and audit monthly statements for payables.
- BILINGUAL - Being able to communicate with both English and Spanish speaking customers is a added bonus.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM system
