Collateral Manager leads a team of appraisers conducting assessments, valuations, and appraisal reviews of real estate, land, and other personal property to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Establishes processes for conducting on-site inspections of property and data collection required to perform valuations. Being an Collateral Manager follows generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Ensures appraisal documentation and appraiser certification comply with all regulations. Additionally, Collateral Manager performs appraisal quality reviews to ensure appropriate valuation and minimize risk. Creates process efficiencies with appraisal software tools and databases. May require a bachelor's degree. Has the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRPA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a director. The Collateral Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Collateral Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. The Patient Care Advocate (PCA) is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience for our medical dispensary patients. This role ensures all sales are compliant with state regulations, that customer needs are heard and met throughout the sales process; and that transactions are accurately recorded in our point-of-sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems. This role is critical to upholding Justice Cannabis culture, values, and code of conduct.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
· Ensures customers are accurately logged in state mandated patient tracking system
· Assists customers in product selection based on defined treatment plan and product availability
· Achieves daily/weekly sales objectives by seeking opportunities to introduce new and alternative products
· Performs all sales transactions in compliance with state regulations governing the sale of cannabis products
· Completes required documentation for product sales
· Ensures all sales and transactions are entered in point-of-sale and inventory management systems per state regulations
· Assists in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized operating environment
· Complies with all state regulations as well as JC’s operating policies, procedures and practices
· Complies with all safety and security protocols for dispensary staff
· Answers phones, responds to voicemail and takes product orders via phone
· Establishes on-going relationships with dispensary customers and completes customer profiles to assist in future sales and service opportunities
· Maintains knowledge on new and existing products via vendor training, documentation, cross-training with the dispensary manager, on-site pharmacists, and seasoned PCA’s
· Models JC values, culture, brand, and our code of conduct
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
