Collateral Appraiser jobs in Virginia

Collateral Appraiser conducts commercial real estate appraisals and property ratings to establish the market value generally used for investment guidance, lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting and documenting on-site property inspections. Being an Collateral Appraiser performs data collection and research on building permits, prior assessments, and relevant market and economic conditions that impact property value. Reviews building plans and specifications and investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Additionally, Collateral Appraiser uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Collateral Appraiser occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • We are offering both part time and full time positions (preferably full time) for a Tow Truck Driver. We currently only have open spots only for a wrecker/flatbed driver. Prior repossession and towing experience is preferred however training will be provided to the right candidate. Hours are somewhat flexible with emphasis on nights and weekends. Pay can be both shift and commission based. Health/Dental Insurance and Retirement benefits (401K and Profit Sharing), and Vacation Pay are available for those who qualify.     • Have computers/tablets skills and know how to use email.

    Tow Truck Drivers in addition must:

    • Be able to pass a DOT Medical Physical
