Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Appraisal

Job Description: Real Estate Appraisal Firm servicing northeast Ohio. For over 30 years we have provided real estate appraisal and consulting services to a large client base including major financial institutions, state and federal government agencies, law offices, real estate developers, private individuals, corporations and more. We are seeking a long-term, career oriented team player with administrative skills including data research and input, document preparation, appointment scheduling and light telephone duties.

Key Competencies Desired:

· Self-starter with critical thinking and problem solving with the ability to multitask.

· Attention to detail, organization, excellent time management with the ability to prioritize assignments.

· Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills including typing efficiency.

· Ability to research and determine data applicability.

· Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

· Research and data entry including deed research, comparable sales and lease information.

· Honesty, integrity and punctuality.

We are looking for a detail-oriented real estate administrative assistant to assist our Appraisers. The successful candidate must have strong Microsoft Office and graphic presentation skills, attention to detail and be committed to quality work. The position involves research, document preparation and maintaining the filing system. We provide an excellent work environment with a great long term career opportunity for a self-managed individual with attention to detail. Previous administrative office support (property management, real estate, mortgage processing, title research) is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full Time

Starting Pay: Initial hourly rate dependent on experience with increase in the hourly rate after a positive 6 month review.

Benefits: Paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation, comp time. No health insurance provided.

Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Office Location: Bolivar, Ohio
