Job Description: Western Wyoming Beverages is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver for its Rock Springs, WY location. The driver/salesman is responsible for delivering wholesale beverage and related products over an established local route primarily to vending customers. The salesman will actively work with accounts to sell in new and bestselling items. They will serve as the account owner and be responsible for all safe, efficient operation and of vendors and our brand presence in the market.

The position requires regular and repetitive lifting of products weighing up to 50 pounds with the use of a hand truck to move product from truck to vending machines. Reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. The ideal candidate will have strong customer relationships skills and be a self-starter with personal accountability and desire to grow. The candidate must possess or, have the ability to obtain, a Class A CDL.

As a Salesperson at WWB, you are responsible to:

• Identify and implement strategies to help grow sales in existing account base.

• Assist in the planning, development, and implantation of WWB sales and marketing programs.

• Manage the growth and development of sales and market share within the assigned route.

• Establishing and maintaining good business relations with customers and store / chain managers.

• Maintain and manage existing space while aggressively pursuing promotional space and permanent space within account base.

• Communicate daily and effectively with supervisors and warehouse personnel to ensure proper account and inventory procedures.

• Continuing to grow personal skill set in your role as a salesman while identifying and growing opportunities in the market.
