About the Role...

• Represent the company in a professional manner in all FTE, client, and team member interactions. Interact with FTE’s and resolve any complaints in a service oriented manner
• Ensure efficient rotation of food and drink selections in the Micro-Kitchen
• Follow Yarzin Sella standards to prepare Micro Kitchen, food, beverage and service items.
• Ensure that all food items have clear identifiers or menus
• Greet FTE’s as they arrive, and interact with them during their visit to ensure client satisfaction
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and articulate accurate descriptions to FTE’s and client
• Communicate and coordinate any offering changes with team. If needed, prepare items.
• Keep micro-kitchen surface areas and tables clean and free of debris
• Responsible for ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures - follows HACCP standards
• Maintain sanitation and order of all equipment, supplies and utensils

Who We Are Looking For...

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly

• Ability to interact with a high volume of FTE’s in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or direct instruction
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
