Coding Compliance Specialist researches and develops the pre-certification insurance policy standards and criteria used by case management and utilization reviewers that will ensure that requested medical services are appropriate and medically necessary. Collaborates with medical professionals to resolve questions about policy development and standards. Being a Coding Compliance Specialist assigns correct ICD, CPT, or other coding assignments for medical procedures that support policy standards in claims systems. Provides expertise and solutions to users regarding the appropriate coding for claims. Additionally, Coding Compliance Specialist has broad knowledge of medical coding systems. May require an associate degree in healthcare administration, a related field, or equivalent. Requires AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC). May alternatively require Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Coding Compliance Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Position Summary:

    We are seeking a full-time Male Drug Testing Collector to join our dedicated team. No prior experience is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training. If you have strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, exceptional time management, attention to detail, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect various types of samples, including urine, oral fluid, hair, nail, sweat, and breath alcohol.
    • Perform DNA collection for paternity and course.
    • Order criminal background checks.
    • Conduct on-site testing at customer facilities.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
    • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the success of early intervention programs.

    On-Call Rotation & Emergency After-Hours Testing:

    Each collector is part of an on-call rotation, typically for one week per month. You will receive an on-call wage for carrying the emergency phone, regardless of whether a test is performed. Compensation for after-hours testing is $50 per hour, port to port, ensuring fair payment for your dedication.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma required.
    • 5 years of working experience in any field.
    • Some college or vocational education preferred.
    • Must live within 45 minutes from the home office to perform emergency testing.
    • Background and driving record required to fulfill our contracts.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols.
    • Flexibility and commitment to on-call duties.

    Work Schedule:

    • Hours of operation: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
    • Typical schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
    • Flexibility provided for family-related issues.
