Coding Compliance Specialist jobs in Las Vegas, NV

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced medical biller and coder to join our growing pediatric practice. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Professional Coder with a strong background in accounts receivable and a proven track record of optimizing revenue through the use of EMR and Excel reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for all services provided

- Review and submit claims, monitor denials, and manage accounts receivable

- Utilize EMR and Excel reports to identify revenue opportunities and improve billing processes

- Work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure efficient revenue cycle management

- Work under the direction of the Billing Manger for a growing pediatric practice with 2 office locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV

Qualifications:

- Professional Coder certification is required

- Prior experience in accounts receivable and medical coding

- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Excel

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
