We are looking for Staff that can hustle for an 8 hour shift out at the community pool this season. You can double as a bartender or server if you like or you can just enjoy the pool for the season. year round work, Weekly pay, tips paid daily, Free food and Icees all day to keep you smiling. This is outside and will be hot. Please be well manicured as you will be taking care of vacationers and home owners on the more affluent side.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with supplies and ingredients
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional drinks or menu items to increase revenue
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service

Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and mixology is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
