Cocktail Server serves cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Has knowledge of bar supplies and common drinks and makes suggestions to customers. Being a Cocktail Server may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Cocktail Server may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Starting Pay $11.66 - $17.49
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming License.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
Experience: Knowledge of bar drinks and wines helpful. Must be outgoing, with a pleasant personality and strong sense of guest service. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Physical: Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and can lift trays of drinks frequently weighing up to 20 pounds
