Cocktail Server serves cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Has knowledge of bar supplies and common drinks and makes suggestions to customers. Being a Cocktail Server may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Cocktail Server may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cicktails according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate and maintain bar equipment and appliances
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with maintaining dining room and bar duties as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for recipe measurements
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests and address any concerns
