Cocktail Server serves cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Has knowledge of bar supplies and common drinks and makes suggestions to customers. Being a Cocktail Server may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Cocktail Server may require 0-1 year of general work experience. The Cocktail Server serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the gaming and non-gaming areas of the Casino. Must be 18 years of age.
Essential Functions
• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Must be able to stand for seven (7) consecutive hours.
• Must be able to carry a full tray of drinks at up to 25lb. per tray.
• Must have extensive beverage service knowledge.
• Must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with Casino guests due to highly visible position.
• Reports to shift supervisor in complete uniform.
• Follows all service procedures decribed in the beverage manual.
• Acknowledge guess with special privileges (ie.complimentary drinks)
• Perform related tasks determined necessary by management.Many shifts available.
