Cloud Systems Architect is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Architect develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Architect monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Cloud Systems Architect works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. 6 Required Experience within Telecommunication having worked on Contact Center Technologies.
6 Required Dialer optimization: deep knowledge of Inbound and Outbound (preview, power, progressive) call routing.
6 Required Routing logic experience, configuration of Queues and Skills and associated routing (Standard, Bullseye or Preferred Routing).
6 Required Real time troubleshooting IVR call flow, telephony, call quality, functionality and usability verification.
6 Required Day-to-day management and support including call routing, agent creation, IVR, phone queues and reporting.
4 Required Experience with Genesys Architecture and Integration of various / multiple channels into Genesys.
4 Required Provide subject matter expertise in Genesys PureCoud Contact Center and AppFoundry integrations.
4 Required Drive the decision-making processes for Call Center Design, Implementation and Support.
4 Required Architect Call flows, IVRs, skills, permissions, roles, data points, user, etc.
