Cloud Systems Analyst is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Analyst develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Analyst monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Cloud Systems Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Summary:

    Under general direction, the Systems Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, training, documentation, operation, and support of the assigned applications. Acts as a business liaison to the end-user departments within Middlesex Health System. Team player who assists client departments by analyzing data, processes, and needs of the department and proactively makes process re-design recommendations to improve performance. Acts as a technology scout for end-user departments.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    4 years experience in the implementation and support of Financial/Clinical applications, preferably in a healthcare environment. Must be proficient in system design, analysis, testing, and project management methodologies. Demonstrated experience building reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, MS SQL, Cache, and/or Oracle. PC software skills such as Microsoft Access, Excel and Project. Bachelor of Science degree preferred in computer science or related area. Relevant experience can be substituted for college degree. Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
