The Clinical Supervisor - Home Care supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Clinical Supervisor - Home Care typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Step Down Unit Supervisor, in collaboration with and under the direction of the Director/Manager, is accountable for ongoing shift leadership and operations of a clinical department and for nursing care safety and quality. The Clinical Supervisor supports comprehensive patient and family services through effective participation with the interdisciplinary team and is responsible for supervising nursing department associates and providing patient care when needed.
