Home Health Clinical Manager
Location: Cynthiana, KY (serves Harrison, Bourbon, Scott, and Nicholas counties)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; occasional on-call after hours and weekends

An employee in this position makes observations of the delivery and quality of client care and leads quality improvement activities; reviews schedules for assigned worksites; prepares work schedules and makes daily nursing assignments including any follow-up activities; provides appropriate feedback to assigned staff including providing immediate, intermediate and formal summary performance evaluations; participates in the disciplinary process of assigned staff as needed; participates in meeting of supervisors and other administrative staff and models effective clinical decision making skills.
