Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing, management, business administration, or related field
• Three years in a supervisory/managerial role in an acute care setting
• Master's Degree and Certified Case Manager (CCM) 
• Experience in case management within a large and complex acute care hospital environment
• Proficiency in EPIC knowledge highly desired
