An award-winning healthcare facility is looking for a skilled Nurse Leader to direct their Women and Children's Service Lines.

This 372 bed facility takes care of a wide range of patients ranging from inpatient to outpatient. Some of their more notable service lines include a wide range of medical surgical services, emergency care, surgical procedures, diagnostic services, maternity and pediatric care, and more. The Director will provide leadership and direction to the Women's and Children's Services Departments, including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery, NICU, and Pediatric Services. The Director will take charge in developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures,and protocols to ensure high care standards. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal clinical outcomes. The Director will be in charge of managing departmental budges, resource allocation, and staffing.

What makes you stand out:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Women's and Children's Services, with progressive leadership experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in obstetrics, pediatrics, and neonatal care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
