They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal clinical outcomes. The Director will be in charge of managing departmental budges, resource allocation, and staffing.

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
    • Current, unrestricted RN license.
    • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Women's and Children's Services, with progressive leadership experience.
    • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in obstetrics, pediatrics, and neonatal care.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
