Responsibilities of the Home Care Nurse Mangager - Private Duty Nursing include, but are not limited to the following:
Our Home Care Nurse Manager-Private Duty Nursing (RN), will be responsible for admitting new clients, completing the SOC paperwork, creating the care plan and providing care to the most fragile clients. This candidate will also oversee the team of shift care nurses and home health aides to ensure timely scheduling of subsequent visits, as well as interdisciplinary follow up is completed.
Qualifications for Home Care Nurse Manager - Private Duty Nursing:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in DE
- At least six (6) months experience within the last five (5) years working in a hospital, home care or nursing home setting.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
