• BS or Associates Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• ASCP Certification

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a medical technologist.
• Demonstrated technical competence and supervisory ability.
• Proven personal initiative and discretionary judgment.

• Ability to operate computer hardware and software.
• Good understanding of electronic health record systems, including Laboratory Information Systems.
