The 20-bed inpatient unit provides comprehensive care for depression, psychosis, and other mental health disorders, ranking among Oklahoma's top mental health facilities over the past five years.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN Director Behavioral Health will collaborate closely to expand hospital objectives and strategies. Supported by dedicated Nursing Managers and a skilled team of RNs and therapists, this role involves working alongside physicians and nursing leaders to uphold standards and drive policy changes for optimal care.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, staff development, budgeting, and goal setting within the department. Despite the fast-paced environment, the team maintains a culture of trust, cooperation, and commitment to excellence, fostering collaboration with Case Management, Clinical Specialty Leaders, and Community Partners.

The RN Director Behavioral Health will implement policies to ensure quality patient care across all facets and manage safety initiatives while fostering team unity. Leading the budgeting process, including resource allocation for labor and quality improvement, requires strong Behavioral Health Services Management experience and an active Oklahoma Nursing license.
