Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Clinical Research Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. The Pharmacy Director will hold a Bachelor degrees with preference given to those who hold a PharmD and or MBA/MS, possess a current state license to practice pharmacy, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and State Standards, maintaining high-quality services and adherence to regulatory requirements.
