What you will be doing?
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the substance abuse treatment facility. This role encompasses ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements, program development, financial management, accreditation standards, program marketing, staff recruitment and supervision, policy development, and evaluation. Additionally, the Clinical Director provides supervision, performance reviews, and coordination of all program services. This position also assists in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and readiness for state visits.
