Working in collaboration with the tenured Director of Quality and experienced Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Service Excellence will be overseeing the close knit Care Team. This team at the hospital is involved in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring timely reporting, and plays a critical part in maintaining and improving quality patient experiences. 

Typical responsibilities for the Director of Service Excellence will include mandated reporting to CMS, participation with the HIM, coordination and participation with safety promotion, working in collaboration on Community Health improvement projects, assisting with management of patient complaints and coordination and participation with the PFAC. 

An individual with an active Montana RN, or the ability to obtain one with quality patient care experience will surely make for a quick interview.
