Based at the 400 bed acute care hospital, the Multisite Hospital Laboratory Director will also have the unique privilege of overseeing operations at a smaller sister hospital and multiple outpatient clinics. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, with a dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer COO, the Laboratory Services Director will provide autonomous leadership to all inpatient and outpatient laboratory staff including multiple direct reports. As an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, the Hospital Laboratory Director will encourage and motivate their team to deliver quick lab test turn-around times to ultimately ensure high-quality patient care outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology, active Medical Technologist (MT) ASCP Certification, 7 years of progressive laboratory leadership experience within the acute care setting. Oversight of multiple laboratory locations is highly desirable!
