As the RN Director Emergency, you'll oversee its management round-the-clock. This role involves directing, supervising, and evaluating nursing staff performance, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting quality enhancement initiatives. Collaborating with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you'll plan and administer the departmental budget and integrate evidence-based nursing practices.

What will make you stand out?

• Current South Carolina RN license or compact
• Previous management experience
• 3-5 years of emergency nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS 
• Knowledge of human resources management, program development, fiscal management skills, and familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standards needed
