What you will do:
Support GCSC teams with task-based activities that include timely management of temperature excursion assessment affecting clinical trial material
Coordination of the country release requests of study-labeled material
Electronic document archiving and quality control
User Acceptance Testing of digital systems
Facilitation of documentation activities ensuring inspection readiness to meet international GMP standards
Documentation and coordination of product quality complaints and GMP deviations
Apply Supply Chain Management systems to support agile ways of working
Continually improve the Clinical Supply Chain processes through visual management
Problem-solving, global standardization, and process confirmation
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Zero years of experience
Excellent communication skills – clear, verbal, and written
Organized and structured with an excellent aptitude for digital systems
Thrives in a process-orientated workplace, on task-based activities and with a focus on the customer/patient
Teammate with a problem-solving attitude and a focus on quality
Comfortable in a high-paced and agile environment
Ability to reflect, and see the bigger picture, whilst also having a focus on the detail
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree with a scientific / business administration/supply chain degree preferred
