Reporting to the Director Laboratory Services, the Laboratory Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the Point of Care and Microbiology laboratory departments.
The Laboratory Coordinator oversees a team of 5 FTEs, manages staff schedules, helps develop and implement department policies and procedures, assists leadership with supply chain and inventory management, provides training to laboratory staff, and performs clinical testing as needed.
