Reporting to the Director Laboratory Services, the Laboratory Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the Point of Care and Microbiology laboratory departments.

The Laboratory Coordinator oversees a team of 5 FTEs, manages staff schedules, helps develop and implement department policies and procedures, assists leadership with supply chain and inventory management, provides training to laboratory staff, and performs clinical testing as needed.

What Makes You Awesome :

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science
• Certified by the American Society Clinical Pathology ASCP
• Prior work experience in an inpatient point of care or microbiology laboratory
