Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and execution of clinical trials and research studies. Your primary responsibilities will include patient monitoring, data collection, documentation review, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and HIPAA standards.

Duties:
- Conduct patient monitoring during clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols
- Collect and analyze data from clinical trials, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Review study documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in the preparation of study materials, including informed consent forms and case report forms
- Coordinate with investigators, study coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth study operations
- Perform blood sampling and other specimen collection procedures as required
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols
- Monitor study progress and identify any issues or deviations from protocol
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical development activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- Prior experience in clinical research or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines for clinical trials
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in data collection and documentation review
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
