This Ambulatory Surgery Center is located along the beaches of the Pacific Ocean in beautiful Santa Barbara County. This award-winning center is home to 4 state-of-the-art ORs, one Procedure room, and is equipped with the latest and most advanced technology. The Director of Nursing will provide leadership to a skilled team of roughly 25 dedicated healthcare professionals consisting of anesthesiologists, technicians, surgeons, registered nurses, and other OR leaders. Collaboration and effective communication are ideal qualities for the Director of Nursing in order to ensure the highest quality of patient care is delivered. Qualifications for this Clinical Director include an eligible California RN License, prior supervisory experience, and experience in scrubbing & circulating in the operating room.
The Director of Nursing will be leading a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center that is known for their impressive capabilities with complex outpatient procedures in the areas of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology.
