Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team. The Research Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and offer support of ongoing scientific research projects.

Responsibilities:
- Work well as a critical component to a small team
- Conduct documentation review and data analysis
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of supplies and paperwork
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experimental issues
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results

- Assist in grant writing and funding for a science related non-profit

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree preferred
- Prior experience with research
- Prior experience with grant funding and scientific paper writing
- Familiarity in data analysis using software such as SPSS or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
