Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure efficient and accurate machining operations.

Duties:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software such as Master Cam and AutoCAD
- Interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials
- Monitor machining processes to ensure quality control and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Conduct inspections using bore gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency and minimize waste

Experience:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
- Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages and codes
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Solid understanding of machining principles and techniques
- Ability to operate various CNC machines with precision and accuracy

Skills:
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software such as CATIA and AutoCAD
- Strong programming skills for CNC machines
- Excellent knowledge of GD&T principles
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.
