The right candidate for this role is a Pharmacist experienced in evaluating and maintaining compliance of competencies, training records, environmental monitoring, and other documents related to USP 797 /800 to ensure IV room processes meet or exceed requirements. This person will also ensure contamination control through teaching, monitoring, and sampling, for disinfection and control of touch contamination. Completion of a four-year pharmacy program in an accredited college of pharmacy is required for this position. The hospital's team strongly prefers experience in pediatric pharmacy.
