Hospital Description:The Hospital Pharmacist will join a 130 bed acute care facility that provides inpatient, outpatient, home health, and hospice services. This award winning hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission and is home to one of the area’s largest Intensive Care Units. This hospital has a level IV trauma center designation and a wide variety of specialties including Orthopedic Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Gastroenterology, Neurology, and more. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Department Manager, the Pharmacist will be responsible for:

• Transferring prescriptions
• Handling incoming physician calls
• Data logging
• Drug Utilization Review
• Additional tasks as assigned

The ideal Hospital Pharmacist Candidate will have their Bachelors Degree and/or advanced degree in Pharmacy and current AZ license.
