CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. This hospital is home to 250 inpatient licensed beds and specializes in a wide variety of clinical services including emergency care, women’s health, behavioral health, cardiovascular care, perioperative services, and much more.
Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health, the RN Clinical Manager Behavioral Health will oversee all clinical and administrative functions of the department. The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for leading a team of 30 FTEs, monitors staff performance, manages scheduling and recruiting, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, has oversight of department inventory, helps manage department fiscal budgets, and serves as an active member of various organization committees. This unit is a 9-bed inpatient locked unit that provides behavioral health care to adult patients.
