CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. We currently service Rhode Island families, children ages 3-21, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or developmental disabilities.We are seeking experienced BCBA Clinicians to help shape and grow our ABA Center in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1pm-7pm
Snapshot of Role:
- Manage and provide staff supervision, training and feedback to those implementing ABA therapy
- Conduct clinical assessments and assist in development/revisions of the Treatment Plans and writing of goals and objectives for clients
- Analyze treatment data and asses efficacy of treatment
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Instruct workers on proper implementation of center based treatment interventions
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors in clients
- Be goal- oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Must have a valid Rhode Island License - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Previous experience working with children
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Successfully pass BCI and DCYF/CANTS screening
