Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Nurse Manager of Med Surg and Telemetry will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care across designated patient care units. Supported by an assistant manager and a team of experienced nurses, the Nurse Manager will lead by example and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities for this role include providing leadership and support in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level. The Nurse Manager of Med Surg and Telemetry will assume 24/7 responsibility for their assigned areas, ensuring the competency of clinical staff and effective resource management to deliver safe and appropriate patient care.
