Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager Behavioral Health will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of two inpatient psychiatric units that service both adult and geriatric patients. The Nurse Manager Behavioral Health provides direct clinical supervision, manages department staffing and scheduling, has oversight of department patient flow, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, assists with department projects, helps the Director with department budgets, and participates in various committees throughout the organization.
