An industry leading acute care hospital located in eastern Massachusetts is now seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager Behavioral Health to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This hospital is home to 250 inpatient licensed beds and specializes in a wide variety of clinical services including emergency care, women’s health, behavioral health, cardiovascular care, perioperative services, and much more.

Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health, the RN Clinical Manager Behavioral Health will oversee all clinical and administrative functions of the department. The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for leading a team of 30 FTEs, monitors staff performance, manages scheduling and recruiting, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, has oversight of department inventory, helps manage department fiscal budgets, and serves as an active member of various organization committees. This unit is a 9-bed inpatient locked unit that provides behavioral health care to adult patients.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain
• Proven success in managerial or supervisory level roles
